The West district cross country championship will take place on Sat 4th Dec.
As this is a pre entry event i will need names and entry fees by monday 15th Nov.
Ladies race starts at 13.05 and covers 6.4K
Mens race starts at 14.00 and covers 10K
cost is £4.00 per head
