The session is 10 x 1 minute at 5k pace with 1 minute jog recoveries. Warm up along Strathaven Rd and around by Sainsburys. The session starts at the junction at Langlands and heads past the club house to Auldhouse. Turn right at Auldhouse Cross and back to Greenhills Rd. Return to the club via Greenhills Rd and Strathaven Rd.
