SINK OR SWIM
An opportunity has arisen for Harriers to have a try at Kayaking. All are welcome as proper instruction will be given and all equipoment supplied. This will be a bit of fun and social bonding for the Harriers. Arrangements have been made for Sunday 19th Aug at the Heritage Park Loch off Stewartfield Way from 11am to 1.00/1.30ish. Cost will be about £4.50 each and all you need to bring is swimwear for under your wetsuit and a towel for a shower as you will most probably get wet. So that we can have preperations done right could anyone interested in this activity please leave a comment on this Blog expressing your interest. Alternativly see Frances at training nights. Earliest response possible please so we can confirm numbers.
