Trail Race Volunteer Rota

UPDATE - STILL NEED MORE VOLUNTEERS TO HELP

There was a brief Trail Race progress meeting after training last Thursday at which it was suggested that we put the volunteer rota on the blog. There are various jobs available on Friday 25th June from setting the courses out, marshalling, registration, giving out prizes and so on. Setting out the course starts at around 1:30pm so if anyone is available early to help that would be much appreciated. Please use this form to record your availability. See the list so far here. Gerry Mullen will be coordinating the marshalling jobs on the day and Russell will coordinate overall as race director.

Mary is going to post a separate list on the club noticeboard for catering assistance so please give Mary details of your support there.
