The National 4k cross country will take place on 31st January and entry forms are available on the Scottish Athletics website
Please fill out the entry form and return to me by 18th January and i will send them all together
Alternately if you cant get a form to me you can post it direct with your entry fee
i will also put some forms on the club notice board next week 21st Dec
