Sat the 5th is the west district xc so i think we should avoid fri 4th
also what happened to sat 12th this would be my choice

I think Saturday 5th would be the best - a night out after a cross country race - just like old times.Also we might have to have the Christmas Handicap and Fun Run on Sunday 13th subject to booking the Function Suite. Also are we having a pub run this year ?

The reason why the 12th is left out is because the person who has been kind enough to make the effort to arrange this night out has a prior engagement on the 12th and it is only fair that the person organising it should be able to attend and to suggest the dates.
