I'd be keen to do this again and will keep watching the blog.

Presumably it is a 12.30pm start and not 12.30 in the morning.

What's the opinion of other club members that the bus leaves latter so we are not rushing away from Carlisle and Moffat this year. I've heard from a few people that they would rather do this, even miss out Gretna and go Straight to the race. This would give us a chance to go to the prize giving and have a drink before catching the bus.

This sounds a good idea Scot - I would agree with this suggesion.

I think this is a better idea Scott. Last year seemed a bit rushed for everyone including the bus driver.

Going down later would be good. On my 2 appearances, I've felt we leave for the race awfully early in the morning. Of course, I'm not a club member now so disregard this if you wish.

I'm happy to leave at the usual time in the morning but a bit longer in Carlisle and Moffat would be good.
Is there a problem with the length of time of the coach hire? If so, then leave EK later.

Jim.

Going down later means I won't be tempted to have a roll and bacon at the services...that can only be good news. Sounds like a good suggestion.
