6 x 800m at 5k pace with recovery dependent on the 5k time appropriate to the majority of your pack members (2 mins for packs running 5k in 22 mins or faster, 2:30 for 22 to 26min 5k packs, 3:00 for 26 mins +). As always, very precise and consistent pacing is the main aim of this session.
Take the usual route to the session at Langlands Place (each rep is out and back along Langlands Place) following the Strathaven Rd and around by Sainsburys to Langlands Place.
Thursday's session will be a relatively short pre-race run with strides given the National XC on Saturday.
